Biodegradable peanuts

We use biodegradable packing peanuts, an environmentally friendly option that allows us to cushion, fill spaces and stabilize products to avoid possible impacts to fragile or delicate packaging during transport. 

This spongy and compact chips easily adapt to the size and shape of the products. Made from corn starch, they are 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.

This certification promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests, protecting the biodiversity and the local communities.    



COSMOS (Organic and Natural Cosmetics) and ECOCERT (European Organic Certification in Natural and Organic Cosmetics) and NATURE (True Friends of Natural and Organic Cosmetics Association) are labels that refer to products that have been certified as natural and/or contain ingredients of natural origin. 

In the same vein, COSMOS, ECOCERT and SOIL ASSOCIATION ORGANIC  are labels referring to certified organic products. Thus, their attribution confirms that the product(s) include in their formulas an organic part of natural ingredients from certified organic production.

The USDA Organic seal is awarded to products that are 100% organically produced and have at least 95% organic ingredients in their composition. 

The DEMETER seal is awarded to products that come from organic-dynamic agriculture. It guarantees the highest quality with an exhaustive care of the whole process of cultivation, processing and marketing. 

The BDIH label applies to all products made from vegetable raw materials that must come from certified organic cultivation.

Further Specifications

On the other hand, there are some certifications referring to the ethical sourcing and manufacturing processes of products. 

  • VEGAN: This refers to products that are free of animal ingredients. This certification aims to teach people why vegan products are the best option for animals, the environment and health benefits. Currently, more than 1,000 companies with more than 10,000 vegan products have already been certified. 
  • CRUELTY FREE: This certification refers to products that are cruelty-free under standards such as the Corporate Animal Compassion Standard where no animal testing is done at any stage of product development.
  • FSC or FOREST FRIENDLY: FSC is a certification related to packaging that comes from recycled paper and aims to protect the forest, biodiversity and local communities.
