Multicoloured chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 125 ml water

  • 125 ml high-fat coconut milk (e.g. from a can)

  • 1 scoop Puori collagen powder

  • Activated walnuts (soaked for at least 6h)

  • Raw cacao nibs or 99% chocolate in pieces

  • A handful of fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1/4 papaya

  • Almond or hazelnut butter to taste

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION

  • In a bowl, place the chia seeds and mix with the water and coconut milk.
  • Stir and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Then stir again and leave for at least 1 hour to activate with the liquids. I leave it ready from one day to the next.
  • The next day, add the collagen powder and add a little more water if it is too thick.
  • Garnish with the fruits (kiwi, papaya and raspberries), cocoa nibs, hazelnut or almond butter and activated nuts.
