Puori Green Smoothie with Vegetable Protein

The smoothie combines fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy fats and Puori’s organic, plant-based pea protein with calcium from seaweed for increased bioavailability.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen, peeled

  • 1 stalk celery (with leaves)

  • 1 large handful of spinach

  • 1 scoop Puori pea protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 250 ml / 1 cup coconut water (or any milk)

  • ½ lemon, squeezed

Instructions

  • Cut the banana and celery into large chunks and transfer to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  • Add Puori vegetable protein.
  • Taste and adjust flavours.
  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
