Puori Green Smoothie with Vegetable Protein
The smoothie combines fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy fats and Puori’s organic, plant-based pea protein with calcium from seaweed for increased bioavailability.
1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen, peeled
1 stalk celery (with leaves)
1 large handful of spinach
1 scoop Puori pea protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
250 ml / 1 cup coconut water (or any milk)
½ lemon, squeezed
- Cut the banana and celery into large chunks and transfer to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
